CarsonLynch is recruiting for a Payroll Manager with a well‑established company in Northern Kentucky. This is a great opportunity to modernize payroll operations and support a multi‑location, 900‑employee organization.
What You’ll Do:
Lead payroll for ~900 employees (700 hourly) across 5 plants/manufacturing facilities
Drive automation, reporting, and process improvements
Partner with operations and conduct occasional day trips (all within 90 minutes)
Work closely with a PT ADP consultant during modernization
Support the transition of a long‑tenured payroll employee into a new role
What We’re Looking For:
Strong payroll leadership experience
Multi‑location or high‑volume hourly payroll background
ADP experience is a plus
Someone who enjoys improving systems and leading change
