One on One Learning is known for the quality staff who put students’ needs first to help them reach their potential. The Program Coordinator will play an integral role in our continued growth and success. As part of our team, you are responsible for key aspects to attract, develop, and retain high quality educators, across the country as well as to ensure successful implementation of programs.

To ensure successful programs, the Program Coordinator will oversee and implement tutoring programs in assigned region(s) of the United States, ensuring operational excellence and student success. Program Coordinators coordinate logistics, supervise and coach tutors, maintain compliance, and foster strong relationships with schools, families and staff to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation & Oversight

  • Coordinate and monitor tutoring programs in assigned regions across the United States.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with Regional Directors and school administrators to plan and launch programs.
  • Set up tutoring schedules and modify programs as necessary to ensure student achievement.
  • Collect and analyze assessment and survey data to improve program outcomes.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and detailed student records and program documentation.

Staff Supervision & Development

  • Hire, train, supervise, and support tutors to deliver high-quality instruction.
  • Frequently visit program sites to observe tutoring sessions, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Substitute for tutors as needed to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Review tutor hours versus student attendance and process tutor payroll bi-weekly.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain effective and frequent communication with school staff, administrators, and families to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet regularly with Regional Directors and Regional Instructional Coaches to align on program goals and progress.

Data, Compliance, & Administrative Tasks

  • Assess students at the beginning, middle (when applicable), and end of programs to measure learning gains.
  • Collect and maintain all required records for compliance purposes.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing.
  • Complete monthly checklists and organize materials at the end of programs.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support program success and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in education administration
  • Proven project management and budgeting skills
  • Experience in teaching and curriculum development
  • Relevant management and administrative experience
  • Ability to conduct research and work effectively with students
