This role has a main focus on data analysis. It is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data — turning data into insights for decision-makers.
Primary responsibilities:
Support Supply Chain and Trade Compliance Data Collection and Mapping
Assist with Global Supply Chain analysis and identify cost improvement opportunities
Support trade compliance for inbound/outbound international shipments related to US operations
Assist buyers with RFQs and conducting cost comparisons, including packaging, price per unit and shipping costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
Analyzing data and market trends to identify the potential for price increases and decreases
Assist buyers and Purchasing members with daily data management, and documentation as needed
Manage updates to Purchasing policies, procedures and electronic file management
Support other data analysis and key projects as needed
Ideal Candidate must have:
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Access
MS Power Automate knowledge a plus
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to perform extremely detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
React with sense of urgency to solve problems and look for ways to improve operational inefficiencies
Education Background:
Supply Chain, Mathematics or Statistics Degree
