Required Skills:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 10+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 3–5 years in a Test Manager with performance testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation testing tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr).

Job Description:

• Oversee the end-to-end testing process, including planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with development, business, and project management teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage test environments and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Identify process improvements and drive automation where possible.
• Ensure all testing deliverables meet client expectations and project timelines.
