Regional Quality Assurance Manager

We are partnering with a publicly traded, global food manufacturer to hire a Regional Quality Assurance Manager overseeing multiple facilities in southern Minnesota.

This newly created, fully onsite role will sit on the quality leadership team and is ideal for a proven QA leader with prior regional or multi-site experience in an FDA-regulated environment (food or dietary supplements preferred).

Highlights:

• Oversight of QA across 3 manufacturing sites
• Drive food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement cross-functionally
• Support audits, commercialization, and system harmonization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
• 7+ years in food, supplement, or related manufacturing
• Required: prior regional or multi-site QA leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, SQF, and quality systems
• Open for a US Citizen or green card holder
