Position: Chemistry & Materials Science – AI Trainer

Type: Part-time

Compensation: $30-$100/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time


Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated scientific responses in chemistry and materials science.
  • Develop structured training datasets, prompts, and experiment scenarios.
  • Identify and correct scientific inaccuracies to ensure validity and rigor.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to refine training standards.
  • Promote laboratory safety, ethics, and best research practices.
  • Interpret experimental data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Provide expert feedback to continuously improve AI model performance.


Requirements

  • Strong years of hands-on experience in lab instrumentation, synthesis, or characterization.
  • Strong expertise in scientific data interpretation and technical writing.
  • Deep understanding of laboratory methodologies, safety protocols, and research ethics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and translate complex scientific concepts.
