What You Will Do
Promote and comply with all safety standards
Collaborate effectively with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
Support electrical and software design as needed
Configure interference zones, I/O, and vision systems
Perform robot setup including mastering, TCP, payload, and offline programs
Troubleshoot and debug PLCs in coordination with the Controls Engineer
Optimize cycle times and improve throughput
Work with Fanuc robots (required); experience with ABB, KUKA, Kawasaki, and Nachi is an asset
Apply experience in material handling, spot welding, MIG welding, and sealing/dispensing
Utilize DCS, Safe Op, and Safe Move functions
What You Need To Join Our Team
2–5 years of experience as a Robotics Engineer with 6 (+) Axis Industrial Robots
Strong knowledge of robotic automation system integration
Knowledge of PLC controls and robotic interface
Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry (BIW, Powertrain, Battery, Supplier part build)
Extensive commissioning experience with manufacturing robot applications
Ability to travel to customer sites across North America
Valid passport and driver’s license
Eligibility for a TN Visa
