Compensation: $60,000 base + $95,000 commission potential ($155,000 first year OTE)
Monthly commission based on number of deals closed
About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional to help healthcare and dental practices improve how they manage patient payments. In this role, you’ll meet with office managers and doctors to understand their needs and introduce solutions that make their payment process more efficient and profitable. You’ll work independently in the field, manage your territory, and build strong local relationships. You will receive best-in-class sales and marketing tools to develop your sales pipeline, including a robust CRM lead database, mobile tools, data analytics, marketing campaigns and significant sales support resources.
What You’ll Do
Become an expert on the payment challenges healthcare providers face
Connect with practice managers and doctors both in-person and virtually
Attend local networking events and community groups to generate leads
Build and manage a pipeline using CRM tools to stay organized and focused
Plan your daily and weekly schedule to consistently meet sales goals
Work closely with your team to share ideas and stay informed about the market
What You Bring
2+ years of outside sales or territory sales experience
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule
Confident presenting to individuals or groups, online or face-to-face
Clear communication skills and a professional, personable approach
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-up
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM (preferred)
Background in healthcare, tech, or financial services sales is a plus
