SUMMARY


This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role designed for professionals who are ready to convert sales intelligence into closed deals and long-term partnerships. You will work closely with a structured sales support team and be fully responsible for developing new business and owning those relationships post-sale.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize various outreach methods (LinkedIn, email, phone, networking events, etc.) to engage with prospects and target clients.
  • Drive conversations across Procurement, HR, DEI, and IT departments to gain a holistic view of client needs.
  • Lead the sales process from first contact to signed agreement—own the outcome.
  • Deliver on aggressive sales metrics: 6–8 active target clients, 2+ meetings per week, 1 new client per month.
  • Remain the primary point of contact post-sale, expanding the account across departments and service lines.
  • Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure messaging, branding, and service delivery remain aligned.
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation in JobDiva for full sales visibility.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven experience selling to non-MSP organizations or initiating direct client relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, and consultative communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex relationships and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working from home with remote/offshore teams
  • Tech savvy, able to effectively use tools like JobDiva (ATS/CRM) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline and drive to get results.
