Sales Development Representative Tampa | 50,000 +Uncapped Commission
Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-growth organization operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology. This is a unique opportunity to align yourself with two of the fastest-growing industries while helping medical and dental practices modernize their payment systems and strengthen their financial health.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct daily outbound calls to medical and dental practices nationwide, sharing our value proposition and securing onsite or virtual meetings.
Work closely with Field Sales reps to align outreach strategies and increase conversion rates.
Nurture leads using email, web-based content, and marketing materials to build interest.
Provide feedback to improve team strategies and messaging.
Meet performance goals including call volume, appointment setting, and conversion metrics.
Engage with current clients to promote referrals and continued platform advocacy.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in phone-based sales or prospecting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and the ability to self-direct your day.
Tech-savvy with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Experience in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS is a bonus.
Ability to present virtually via video conferencing.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
