What You'll Do
Partner with inside and outside sales representatives and branch managers to drive sales skills, product knowledge, and strategy alignment
Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development for sales staff; support hiring and talent pipeline
Monitor and exceed sales targets using tools like Salesforce, Cognos, and Logic Track
Oversee territory planning, customer assignments, and National Account growth
Launch and train on new sales tools, programs, and product rollouts
Coordinate 2-step sales and storm response efforts to maximize revenue
Collaborate with marketing on collateral, promotions, and lead conversion
Secure vendor co-op funding and support regional marketing initiatives
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or five to ten years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to identify and develop talent, strong judgment, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, mentorship and coaching capabilities, motivational leadership skills, positive and adaptable attitude, effective change management
Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business documents, report and correspondence writing, and effective presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web conferencing
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Optimize personnel scheduling for exceptional customer service
Ability to perform calculations, including percentages, discounts, and basic algebra and geometry concepts
Problem-solving skills in varied situations, with the ability to interpret written and verbal instructions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
