As part of this expansion, XNRGY is seeking an experienced Sales Program Manager to help build a world-class sales organization.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Program Manager will lead the design and execution of the sales function’s operating model. You will develop scalable sales processes, deploy CRM and product selection software, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence across the sales lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver data-driven, scalable solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning sales strategies with broader business goals, ensuring seamless integration of systems, processes, and performance management to support rapid growth.
An overview of your responsibilities:
Sales Operating Model Development
Design and implement scalable sales processes and systems to support rapid growth
Define and document workflows, roles, and responsibilities across the sales lifecycle
CRM Implementation and Optimization
Lead the end-to-end deployment of a CRM platform tailored to HVAC and manufacturing sales
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business needs
Drive user adoption through training, support, and continuous improvement
Product Selection Software Implementation and Optimization
Lead and coordinate improvements to existing product selection software and identify needs for new solutions
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with sales processes
Drive user adoption through training, support, and ongoing refinement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, engineering, marketing, and finance to align sales strategies with company goals
Act as a liaison between field sales and leadership to ensure feedback loops and process alignment
Performance Management
Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales performance and pipeline health
Support coaching and development initiatives to build a high-performing sales team
Customer and Partner Engagement
Enhance customer experience by streamlining intake and response processes
Identify and manage external partners to support sales and service delivery across multiple sites
Budget and Resource Planning
Support the development of sales budgets and forecasts
Ensure cost-effective deployment of tools, systems, and personnel
First 12 Months Focus
Model Development: Deeply understand the organization and propose a comprehensive Sales Operating Model
CRM Deployment: Implement and optimize CRM tools in line with product launch timelines
Team & Partner Building: Identify and onboard internal and external resources to support the sales function
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or CRM implementation
Proven track record in deploying CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or complex industrial services
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-growth or startup environments
Familiarity with ERP and field service management tools
Change management or project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci)
