Sales Representative – Construction & Safety Products
The Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for 10+ manufacturers through a dynamic territory, working with distributors and key end users throughout the state of Florida.
Responsibilities
Drive Territory Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory by effectively promoting the company’s products and solutions.
New Business Development: Identify, engage, and expand client networks through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building.
Account Retention: Strengthen and nurture existing client relationships to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnership value.
Product Expertise: Build comprehensive knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations.
Training & Demonstrations: Conduct training sessions for distributors and end-users, showcasing product applications and performance benefits.
Communication & Reporting: Maintain open and timely communication with internal teams, management, and external partners.
Market Insights: Provide detailed reports to management and manufacturing partners on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of successful field sales experience; experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sales preferred.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
Eagerness to develop a deep understanding of product lines, manufacturing partnerships, and client industries.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver strong results.
