Specializing in DSCR and alternative-qualification loan products, we provide flexible, client-focused financing solutions that help brokers grow their businesses and close more deals. We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented Senior Lending Executive to join our team and support our mission of delivering speed, service, and reliability—where brokers win.

Your Impact

• Drive new business development and manage existing wholesale broker relationships.
• Serve as a strategic partner and problem-solver for brokers to guide deals through to closing.
• Support Dominion’s continued growth through market development and strong client relationship management.
  
  

In This Role You Will

• Own and grow the Wholesale mortgage sales in your market, focusing on high impact non-QM products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in the non-QM space.
• Exceed monthly loan production goals—starting with a $2.5MM minimum.
• Bring in new business through outreach, networking, and referrals, then onboard and convert those relationships into long-term success stories.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to move loans efficiently from submission to closing.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A hunter mentality with 3–4 years of success in non-QM wholesale lending, and 5+ years in the mortgage industry overall.
• A track record of building strong broker relationships and consistently exceeding production targets.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance, and market dynamics.
• Confidence navigating tools like Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, hustle, and the kind of charisma that earns trust fast.
