Senior Accountant

Partnership Employment has been retained by an oustanding real estate investment company find a Senior Accountant to support a broad range of financial functions related to real estate investments and operational accounting. This role requires strong analytical skills in financial reporting and the ability to manage complex data across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial reports in compliance with company policies and investment accounting standards.
• Perform thorough reviews of financial packages from third-party management companies.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Analyze, research, interpret, and report financial issues.
• Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and property subledgers.
• Ensure financial packages are completed and delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Real estate or investment accounting experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
