Senior Client Partner | Randstad Enterprise
Location: Regional - United States or Canada
Base Salary: $118,500 – $189,600 (US Currency) (Plus variable commission/bonus)
Target Industry: Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or High Tech

Are you a visionary sales leader who thrives on closing high-value, complex deals? As a Senior Client Partner at Randstad Enterprise, you aren't just selling services; you are architecting the future of work for the world’s largest companies.
You will lead the pursuit of "new logo" acquisitions and massive expansions within the Global Fortune 2000, managing deals that deliver between $1M and $10M+ in annual gross profit. This is a high-visibility role where you serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor to C-suite executives globally.
Your Impact
- Architect Complex Deals: Lead the end-to-end sales process for RPO, MSP, Total Talent, and SOW solutions.
- Build Winning Squads: Assemble and motivate cross-functional "accelerator teams" (Bid, Solution Design, Legal, and Finance) to win multi-country contracts.
- Strategic Advising: Act as a key advisor to our Chief Growth Officer and EVP of Global Enterprise Sales to shape scalable talent concepts.
- Sector Mastery: Leverage our "Where2Play" strategy to become a subject matter expert in specific industry verticals, using data and intelligence to identify whitespace.
- Champion Innovation: Partner with RevOps and our Innovation teams to co-create tech-enabled solutions that solve the world's most pressing talent shortages.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Track Record: 4+ years of proven success in global solution sales or account management, specifically within the recruitment or HR tech industry.
- C-Suite Fluency: Demonstrated ability to build deep, long-lasting relationships with executive leadership at multinational corporations.
- Strategic Rigor: Experience using data analytics to inform commercial strategies and a deep understanding of regional cultural nuances.
- Collaboration: A "team-first" mentality with the ability to lead diverse stakeholders across different time zones and specializations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

- Executive Leadership: Chief Growth Officer & Global Head of Enterprise Solutions.
- Support Engines: Revenue Operations (RevOps), Workforce Advisory, and B2B Marketing.
- Global Delivery: Local MDs and delivery teams across 38+ markets.
