At TouchTunes, the world’s largest in-venue interactive music and entertainment platform, we’re all about sparking joy and human connection. That moment in a bar where someone at the next table cues the jukebox to play your favorite song? That’s what we do – our platform plays millions of songs daily – but we’re also so much more! We bought the largest soft-tipped darts business in the United States, we reinvented our mobile jukebox app just last year, and we’re operating nearly 100,000 connected devices across North America and Europe. We’re innovators, strategic thinkers, people making the future possible today – and what a great time to join our team.

We’re looking to expand our legal department with a rockstar Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel. You’ll work directly with our General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, and partner with our vendor services, finance, technology, and business teams, on a variety of commercial contract deal negotiations and drafting, including vendor service agreements, SaaS licensing deals, and other legal matters. • Strong understanding of data protection laws and data privacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening, necessary for effective negotiations and collaboration at all levels of an organization
  • Rigorous and thorough legal analytical skills, including the ability to generate elegant solutions that enable business goals while mitigating risk
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to work as part of an accomplished, dynamic legal and risk organization
  • A desire to learn, to be challenged, and to grow in a fast-paced environment of innovators and strategic thinkers
