We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design, build, and own enterprise integration solutions that connect critical business systems. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, architectural thinking, and the ability to work across teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations.

In This Role

• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across enterprise and third-party systems, defining standards, patterns, and best practices
• Build and maintain cloud-based integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and asynchronous workflows with strong error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Integrate ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, and other systems, ensuring high-quality data transformation, validation, and consistency for business critical, high-volume workflows
• Own integrations end-to-end, from development and deployment to monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis—while contributing to CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) automation
• Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, documentation, and governance requirements, including authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, while providing code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

• 6+ years of experience in software development or system integration
• Experience building APIs and integrations in cloud or enterprise environments (Azure integration services preferred)
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Understanding of REST, JSON/XML, messaging, and data integration patterns
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
