What You'll Do
As Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind successful project execution:
Lead field operations from groundbreaking to completion
Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules
Manage subcontractors and on-site personnel
Monitor construction progress and quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site logistics
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver on scope, budget, and timeline
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (mid- to senior-level)
Proven expertise in multifamily construction
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Self-motivated leader with a proactive mindset
