💰 Up to $200,000 Base + ESOP + Benefits

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong experience in power electronics design, Altium-based PCB development, and hands-on work throughout the full product lifecycle. This role involves both new product development and sustaining engineering, from schematic capture and layout to lab validation and production support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and directly contribute to physical product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies to meet performance, safety, and test standards
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Validate designs through hands-on lab testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align technical requirements and resolve issues
- Support and improve legacy products; revise documentation and resolve field issues
- Prepare technical reports, design justifications, and test plans
- Participate in design reviews, customer and vendor calls, and engineering team discussions
- Contribute to product builds, hardware debug, and manufacturing floor support as needed
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Relevant power supply design experience with a focus on power electronics
- Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and layout
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal management is a plus
- Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, soldering, and component-level troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or similar documentation and process control standards is a plus
