The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join our growing tax practice. This role offers meaningful ownership of client engagements, the opportunity to mentor junior staff, and exposure to complex, high-impact tax work, without sacrificing team support or work quality.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of tax matters
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and budgets
- Experience supervising and developing staff
- High level of professionalism, judgment, and client-facing presence
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and related accounting software
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review technically sound tax work with minimal supervision
- Plan, manage, and execute engagements from start to finish
- Supervise, coach, and review work of staff and seniors
- Maintain budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling
- Participate in networking and community involvement activities
- Uphold firm policies, procedures, and professional standards
