Senior Vice President | ENR Top 50 Heavy Infrastructure GC | $1B+ Platform | Mid-Atlantic

My key partner across the United States has retained me to identify a shortlist of elite candidates for a Senior Vice President opportunity in the Mid-Atlantic. This is a mandate hire to establish a long-term footprint in the region, secure repeat work, and build a dominant platform for growth.

This individual will bring a proven track record of senior P&L leadership and/or delivery of major, complex infrastructure programs, leveraging alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build, CM/GC, and P3.

The ideal profile will demonstrate:

• Executive-level P&L accountability exceeding $250M across multiple large-scale heavy civil or infrastructure projects

• Strong business development acumen to act as the face of the business in the Mid-Atlantic, cultivate client relationships, and build a sustainable pipeline of repeat work

• A history of building and leading high-performing teams across operations, preconstruction, and commercial functions to establish a competitive regional business unit

• Joint venture experience is highly advantageous
