Engineering Manager – Solutions Delivery (Hybrid | Atlanta – Sandy Springs)

We’re partnering with a global software organization to hire an Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering cloud-based SaaS solutions to external customers. This is a hybrid role based in Sandy Springs, GA (2 days onsite).

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, technical depth, and customer-facing solution delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of software and solutions engineers
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex customer issues
• Oversee SaaS implementations from design through delivery
• Partner with customers (approx. 15% customer-facing) to understand needs and guide solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful outcomes
• Drive best practices, documentation, and delivery consistency

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Proven experience managing engineers (non-negotiable)
• Strong technical background in software development
• Experience delivering or implementing SaaS solutions
• Comfortable communicating with non-technical customers
• Ability to guide solution architecture and future-state discussions

Technical Background

• C#, .NET, or similar object-oriented technologies
• SQL and data-driven systems
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
