Join KYXStart — a Global Identity & Payments Verification Platform helping banks, fintechs, and merchants verify consumers and businesses instantly. We’re growing fast and looking for a Solution Engineer to design, deliver, and scale customer solutions globally.As an early member of our core team, you’ll work closely with the CEO, product, and engineering leadership to develop customer integrations, conduct data studies, and shape how KYXStart’s technology is deployed across identity, KYB, and payment verification use cases using a single easy to deploy API.

**Location:** Alpharetta, GA or Remote (US, Canada, India, Nepal).

This is ideal for experienced professionals or technical talent (solution architects, engineers, data scientists, or customer success engineers) who want to move into a customer-facing solution engineering role.

What You’ll Do in this Role

Lead technical discovery and integration design with customers and support sales & leadership teams.

- Understand customer needs and lead andconduct data studies and evaluate verification performance for any demos or data studies

- Build demos and proof-of-concepts using JavaScript, APIs, and REST tools like Postman.

- Produce solution documentation, integration guides, and reusable demo assets.

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments and develop best practices.

- Support customer training and technical enablement sessions

What You Bring

- 2–5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer success roles.

- Strong experience with JavaScript, APIs (REST/JSON), SQL or Python, and cloud platforms.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Highly organized and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- High integrity, curious, analytical, and excited to work cross-functionally to solve customer problems.
