We’re seeking an experienced Senior Workday Solution Architect with deep expertise in Workday Financials to lead design, implementation, and optimization initiatives. This role involves architecting scalable solutions, ensuring compliance, and driving ERP transformation projects across sectors such as higher education, public sector, healthcare, and non-profit.

Local candidates preferred; remote applicants welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Workday Financials modules (Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Contracts-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Grants & Projects).
• Conduct gap analysis, propose solutions, and ensure seamless integration across modules.
• Optimize Grants Management processes and implement compliance frameworks (US GAAP, federal grant guidelines).
• Collaborate on integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs, Prism Analytics.
• Drive ERP migrations from legacy systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) to Workday.
• Develop automated workflows and advanced reporting dashboards using Prism Analytics and Workday Extend.

Required Qualifications

• Workday Certifications in Financials (Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Revenue Management, Grants Management, Accounting Center, Contracts-to-Cash).
• 10+ years ERP experience, with 7+ years in Workday Financials.
• Strong technical proficiency in Workday integration tools and cross-functional modules.
• Proven compliance expertise with US GAAP and federal grant regulations.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years in multi-tenant Workday Financials deployments (public sector).
• Expertise in Accounting Center for cash-basis reporting and advanced allocations.
• Experience with ERP migrations from legacy systems (PeopleSoft to Workday).
