About the Role

As a Staffing Consultant, you will provide outstanding service to clients and candidates, driving company success through recruiting, job-matching, and relationship-building. You'll be instrumental in growing our client base and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Success in this role means being proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed performance standards through strategic planning and execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to secure temporary and direct hire placements.
• Actively source, screen, and job-match candidates using innovative tools and techniques.
• Conduct regular quality check-ins and follow-ups with both clients and candidates.
• Utilize sales processes to target new clients and retain existing relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer development, sales, or recruiting, with a track record of meeting performance-based goals.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), typing speed of 36 WPM, and ability to navigate digital systems with ease.
• Attributes: Collaborative, reliable, professional, and driven to exceed expectations.
• Bonus: Experience with commission-based roles is highly desirable.
