Daily Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings
  
  

Required Skills

• General construction knowledge of best practices
• 5 years of Commercial Construction Experience or 3 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Documented success in projects ranging from $1million to $5 million dollars.
• Proficiency with Procore & Microsoft suite of products
• Strong understanding of construction management principles
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with Bluebeam
• OSHA 30 (Preferred)
• Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM)
• Experience with management submittals, RFIs, and bidding processes, contracts
  
  

Salary And Benefits

• Salary Range is based on experience: $90,000- $120,000
