Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Role Summary:

• Lead and manage projects across compute, storage, cloud, analytics, and end-user support domains.

Responsibilities:

• Drive project delivery to milestones and SLAs
• Track and report service/project status (Azure DevOps)
• Coordinate with Drive project delivery to milestones and SLAs, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Track and report service/project status using Azure DevOps and other tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, fostering innovation and automation.
• Act as subject-matter expert to guide technical decisions and resolve cross-domain challenges.
• Oversee risk management, escalation processes, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations at all levels002E
• Support the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices across teams-functional teams
• Ensure continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skillset:

• Technical project management (compute, storage, cloud)
• Service level and project tracking/reporting
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Certifications:

• PMP or equivalent (preferred)
• Azure certifications (as relevant to project scope)
