What you’ll do on the job
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, emailing, texting, calling, and qualifying industry professionals across several domains (IT/Engineering, Banking, Manufacturing, and more). You will gained continued education on a vast variety of skill sets and educate our clients and the applicant market on data pertaining to hiring trends, pay rates, technology trends, and many other disciplines.
Your day-to-day will include…
Sourcing candidates on job-seeker platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and others.
Interviewing qualified candidates against highly technical requirements.
Negotiating with key stakeholders and job-seekers in order to connect the interests of each side.
Prepping candidates and debriefing with them before and after interviews.
Providing full-circle services for candidates (resume writing and formatting, interview preparation, scheduling, and debriefing, securing offers, and more!).
Partnering with internal Account Managers and other Recruiters to provide the best service possible to our clients and candidates.
What you’ll need
Prior professional experience in Recruiting, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation.
A heightened sense of urgency and desire to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
A problem-solving mindset and ability to align the interests of diverse groups of people.
Adept organizational skills with a penchant for identifying areas for improved efficiency.

What will help you on the job
Prior experience working as a Technical Recruiter within an agency setting.
Professional experience defining technical requirements across a variety of skill sets (Software Engineering, Project Management, Data Engineering, and many others).
Experience working in a call center environment.
A demonstrated history of sourcing candidates/clients, lead generation and tracking, and Boolean writing on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.
