We are looking for a talented UX Designer with a strong business analysis background to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective UX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
Translate business needs into user journeys, personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Create low- to high-fidelity designs using Figma
Apply UX best practices and design thinking methodologies across the design lifecycle
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements
Maintain and contribute to design standards and UX documentation
Required Skills:
Strong experience in UX Design and user-centered design principles
Hands-on expertise with Figma
Solid experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Design Thinking methodologies
Basic understanding of UI development and front-end constraints
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Work Location:
Onsite role in Alpharetta, GA or NYC, NY
