We're continuing yet again our conversation about risks and issues, but this time I think we need to track them and we need some documentation. What do you think? - I think you're absolutely right. - Let's do it. - So let's talk a little bit about issue tracking. Issues like your risks and your changes need to be tracked. The issue log looks very similar to the risk register. So let's take a look at it. Now, what you'll have is you'll have each issue will have an an ID, I-something. In this particular project, what we're talking about is a project whereby we're upgrading all of the computers and we're adding RAM to all of the computers for an organization.
