But before we jump in, we got to bundle that together with change as well, right? - That's right, that's right. So in projects, you're going to have something that project managers will refer to as uncertainty. And uncertainty is not necessarily a negative thing. It can be a positive thing, but there are some components in that uncertainty area that you need to understand. So to understand uncertainty, you need to understand risks, issues, and changes.
