We'll talk about security awareness, patching and updating, securing physical devices and best practices for software use. Let's dive in. First up, in security awareness is one of the most important steps to protect your devices, and that is regularly patching and updating your software, updates fix security flaws, and help block vulnerabilities from being exploited by attackers. Some applications will do these updates automatically. Some you'll have to actually manually tell them to update. Two of the most important applications to update are your operating system and your browsers. Always install updates as soon as they're available, both for your operating system and for any apps you use. Next, physical security. This is just as critical as digital.
