- [Instructor] The last view I want to take a look at is what's called the isometric view. And as you can see on the screen here we're on Sheet A501A. This is a three-dimensional representation of the structure, and it isn't always shown on construction drawings. In fact, in the past it was typical to only see this view on something like a parking structure where it really helped to visualize what the ramps looked like and how traffic flowed from floor to floor. But with the evolution into computerated drawing and now the ability to design and draw in three dimensions using some of the latest Building Information Modeling software or BIM software, it's really become easier for a designer to add this isometric view to their drawings. And as you can see here on the screen, it's a nice view to help you pull together all the two-dimensional views that we've seen so far. Now, like you can see, being able to visualize this…
