- [Instructor] Being strategic means carefully making business decisions based on what is best long-term for the business. Now, in our work to facilitate this result, we don't just let our teams dive directly into their challenges. We first need them to recognize the key topics. This is the step where we start putting shape to their ideas by simply grouping the challenges. You first want to have everyone look at and review all the ideas on your challenges. As the facilitator now, you'll then encourage them to look for what themes or natural groupings there are with these challenges. And go ahead and invite the participants to start physically putting the ideas into these groupings. Like our team might see groupings related to leadership positions. And so have them move these ideas together. Great. And then someone says that there's hiring or current staffing levels topic. Again, simply move the ideas right now.…
