- [Instructor] Now let's move on to presenting qualitative data and for us as UX researchers, it typically takes on two types. Usually we're kind of annotating screenshots, so we can provide feedback that maybe users struggled on a certain screen, and here's the key sections that we need to work on. There's also a lot of maybe quotes or thoughts that users had that we want to capture. Maybe show that as well as qualitative data. So let's go ahead and just start figuring out how to annotate a screen, so we can give feedback from mock ups, maybe in some tasks that we completed here. Let's go back to our inspiration, and let's look at, what's this one here? Yeah, this is the one I want to use. Let's kind of assume that we're going to have a mobile screen here, so maybe on our task one, there was a screen that people really struggled with.
