- [Instructor] After using our browse tool to do some data profiling, we've determined that there are a few extra fields in the dataset that we do not need for this study. So we can bring in a tool from our favorites bar or from the blue data preparation category that can allow us to update our field structure. This is the first tool that we will bring on to the canvas that has both an input anchor as well as an output anchor. And this tool will be positioned directly on our existing connection. The input data tool that we started with does not have an anchor on the input side, so there is no ability for data to flow in. The input data tool is a starting point on the canvas where data can flow out. The browse tool, conversely, has an anchor where data can flow in, but it does not have an anchor on the output side. This is an end point to our process. There's no ability for us to have data flow through the browse tool.…
