- [Mark] Now that we have reviewed just a small proportion of the opportunities within the service management world, I wanted to help you address the next question you might think about, well, where did I go from here? What next? As we discussed at the start and throughout the course, the first fundamental thing you need to go away and do is understand what kind of business you are. What are your requirements? To help you with this question, I've provided you with a template that you can use to capture your functional and non-functional requirements of your business. This tool can be used beyond the purposes of buying this kind of tool. Just remember, so you can use it for other types of procurements in the future. With this document, I would go around key stakeholders and understand what is important and build up that list of requirements.
