- [Instructor] Imagine this is your first time going to market and you see an endless list of tools available. Overwhelming, right? There are a ton of IT service management tools available to buy, and it has its own strengths. ServiceNow is the current market leader, really easy to use and highly configurable and easy to scale. Atlassian Jira service management brings a different approach. It started as a product management tool that later added the service management module. This is one of the first tools to bridge the product space, I.e. the development of new services for customers and the live operations space that IT operates in. BMC Helix is often seen as one of the top of the market products in terms of the cost and quality. Helix, as we'll discuss later, has invested heavily in developing AI capabilities, especially around service enhancement. Ivanti Service Manager offers similar AI functionality through its Neurons platform and is seen as a great competitor in the AI space…
