But with a great prompt and a few key observations, AI can help you frame feedback that's clear, kind, and constructive. Let's go back to Riley, our store operations manager. She wants to give Samira feedback on her recent improvements and one area to develop. Riley types this into ChatGPT, "Write performance feedback for an assistant store manager.
