Gallup's State of the Global Workforce Report found that companies with high employee engagement enjoy 23% higher profitability, 18% lower absenteeism, and three times greater retention. And in Deloitte's Human Capital Trends Report, they found that organizations with positive, inclusive cultures were 2.3 times more likely to outperform their peers in innovation. 30% higher in employee wellbeing, more adaptable during organizational change.
