- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to explore automatic white balance inside of Avid Media Composer, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro. In Avid Media Composer, you can access your automatic white balance tools by heading to your color workspace by clicking on color here. Now over the desired clip that you wish to perform the color correction, you could head to either your HSL or your curves to perform this automatic white balance. Under HSL, you'll see that there is a auto balance button. And by clicking this, it performs the automatic balance of color for you in various levels of the shot. If I press Command + Z to undo on my Mac, there are also buttons to remove color cast in your highlights, your mid-tones, and your shadows. For your white balance, you would select the eyedropper for your highlights, and then sample something that's supposed to be pure white in your shot to perform that correction. Inside of Premiere…
