Quick tip under two minutes: Setting up a dummy project in After Effects

- [Instructor] After Effect is like a big hub that hosts source files from different applications including itself. So it's highly advised that you name your layers, and arrange them in a meaningful order. There are many ways to do it and you should follow what makes sense to you. But if you find yourself repeating this housekeeping mission every time you start a new project, here are a few suggestions to make this task faster and easier. So first you'll need to create a folder structure that makes sense to you. In this example, I've created folders for renders, sound, nulls and solids, compositions, footage, graphics, and Cinema 4D documents. Note that sound folders has more than one folder inside them. For example, under graphics, I've dedicated folders for Photoshop and Illustrator files.
