20–30% lower total cost sounds cost-curve-bending and caught my eye. I see it's based on "average annual performance across all members after year one" for a population that "averages 13 diagnoses, 10+ medications and of which 60% have a behavioral health or substance use diagnosis." Promising results on the economics, but even more exciting to think about the health and human flourishing that this represents. Nice work.
