🚀 Digitizing Tnuva’s Manufacturing Processes From morning coffee and school lunches to family dinners and late-night treats – for nearly 100 years, Tnuva has been an integral part of Israeli life. Behind these everyday moments lies a complex, precise, and dynamic production system that must operate with uninterrupted efficiency and uncompromising quality. To manage this better, we’ve taken a major leap forward in Tnuva’s digital transformation journey: We’ve successfully implemented the world-leading MES (Manufacturing Execution System) by AVEVA at one of our central dairies – the first step toward digitizing our entire manufacturing network. The MES system connects the shop floor to management, enabling real-time control, faster responses to changes, smarter decision-making based on data, and full visibility – all the time. This kind of transformation doesn’t happen alone. To make it a reality, we partnered with Accenture Israel and global MES experts from Accenture – combining deep international experience, strong food industry expertise, and daily on-site collaboration with our teams. Together, through challenging times – including operational and national security disruptions – we moved forward, step by step, until the system was fully ready to go live. This is more than just a technological success. It’s proof of what’s possible with true partnership, shared vision and the amazing employees of Tnuva Now, with the infrastructure in place, we’re ready to look ahead. With smart tools, precise control, and end-to-end visibility – from the shop floor to the boardroom – this isn’t just another upgrade.
