I ordered the OnePlus Buds 3 on January 22, 2025, with an expected delivery date of January 24, 2025. It is now beyond the promised timeline, and not only has the product not been delivered, but I also have received no updates. Despite escalating this issue with customer care on January 23, 2025, and being assured that the senior technical team would contact me, no such communication has taken place. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue. Here’s what I demand: 1. A Clear Update on My Order: I need to know the exact status of my product and why it has been delayed. 2. Prompt Resolution: Expedite the delivery immediately or provide a firm timeline for resolution. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate further through all available channels, including social media and consumer grievance forums. Please address this issue on priority and provide a resolution without further delay.

OnePlus is a complete scam. A software update wrecked my screen, and your support demanded an old bill instead of fixing your mess. Scammers with my details reached out how? Worst brand, worst service, zero accountability. Stay far away from this trash company.

I recently purchased this device facing an issue with my OnePlus Nord 4 — the earphone icon appears without any earphones connected. Visited the NSP service centre, but the problem returned in 2 days. Tried everything, including resetting the phone. No proper support has been received yet. Requesting a replacement and better customer service from the OnePlus team.
Pete Lau one plus campaigns and advertisements sounds awesome as it is... what happens to customers once they bought your phone? Do you know the true stories of how much every one need to navigate to only get rejected to service by your service centres? I am based in UK and bought a phone for my mom Oneplus 8 Pro in 2022 (April). Around early 2024 there was new release of oxygen OS which gave green lines on screen. In Dec'24 I took it to Oneplus Exclusive service centre in Chennai VR Mall, where after an hour they said without a proof of purchase or original box they refused to serve. I complained to the customer services number and they asked me to take it back to centre again and said the service centre will replace the screen for free. By this time my phone had 8 green lines and 2 pink lines. Again your exclusive service centre cannot register my phone in their CRM and refused again. Came back to UK with the phone and registered a service with Oneplus UK for which I received a quotation of £305.33 (ref WB-ON-1466884-001). How is this a customer service as your software had issues which caused green lines, If this is the state of your customer service. Dear @pete lau why do you think people should buy your phone?
