I love Wegmans! They are able to execute, elevate, and innovate, all while still caring for their employees (and customers!). I saw this first hand, a few weeks back when our local Weggies had a power outage. They had folks at the carts telling customers that they were open, but working off back up power - i call that setting expectation.- and while shopping i saw a store manager hurrying through the store, as he encountered team members he called them by name, asked if they needed anything, and said thank you....that for me was an awesome leadership experience. Watching the leader care for the team in time of crisis! Well Done Wegmans!

My family moved to Florida 5 years ago and I was happy to avoid the harsh winters of Upstate New York. However, living without Wegmans is painful. It is the best organization I have ever dealt with. Not only are their grocery and prepared foods marvelous for shopping and casual dining, but their philanthropy in the communities they serve is exemplary. I still use my Wegmans bags when I shop and many people, including store employees, recognize the name and what it stands for.

Great video! I love Wegmans so much!! It is warm and welcoming, so hard to describe to those who have never been. The food is fresh with the best quality, and I love the Wegmans brand products. As a kid, I always said one of my dreams was to own a Wegmans where I live, maybe some day you'll come to Denver!
My first visit to Wegmans was during my college years in Ithaca, NY. I convinced my parents to forego the college meal plan so that I could eat all my dinners at the Wegmans cafe. I even once met Danny Wegman at the Ithaca grand opening! I am a lifelong fan and always try to visit a Wegmans whenever possible! Keep up the all-around great work!
