Shawn Foster’s Post

The #UpboundLeadership conference at Upbound Group is our team’s biggest and proudest achievement of every year. From the beginning of May until until the end of our amazing Women’s Leadership Conference, this team puts everything they have into it. Everything from initial look and feel, to every single presentation that the hundreds of attendees experience, we have a hand in it. It’s blood, sweat, and a lot of hours. Today we got the experience of seeing the team’s results for all of the hard work. We start today at 7am and easily walk our 10k steps, keep speakers on time, and make sure the AV team switches to the Padlet at the right spot. I’m so very fortunate to work with this brilliant group of people (Michelle, Ruhi, and Amanda, not pictured, but half of Dan is) as well as our colleagues from Draper, Char and Brock. Then those that keep us sane in management like Mickey, Kim, Marcos, Megan, and Greg. Oh, along with this, we also deliver some pretty awesome training along the way.
