🦺 We’re Hiring: Safety Manager – North Texas 🦺 Harper Brothers Construction (HBC) is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our team of professionals tackling some of the most challenging heavy civil projects in the North Texas region. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and guide safety practices, policies and OSHA compliance across job sites • Manage and guide site inspections, audits, and safety training sessions • Collaborate with project and operational teams to continually drive and instill safety practices • Maintain records for inspections, training, and incident reports • Promote a proactive, safety-first culture on every project Qualifications: ✔️ Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) ✔️ 8+ years of safety management experience in heavy civil infrastructure or industrial environments ✔️ Deep knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices ✔️ CSP or CHST certification preferred ✔️ Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills Why Harper Brothers Construction?
