Kasia Triantafelo Love this and appreciate that challenges that have to be overcome when making decisions like this. For GLIDE® we were remote from day one, so there's an inherent advantage. But for orgs moving from fully in-person, this is very inspiring! Excited to see how this impacts work/life balance, productivity and most importantly, results!
